Clear Space for Treatment: To ensure the effectiveness of the treatment, please avoid stacking items in the kitchen and bathroom or against room walls. The ideal location for items is the center of a spacious living room to provide ample room for the technician to treat key areas.
Protect Breakable Items: Safeguard breakable items by placing them in a safe location away from the treatment area. We cannot be held responsible for items broken if they are not properly secured in an approved area.
Pre-Wash Cabinets if Needed: If you plan to wash cabinets, it’s recommended to do so before the scheduled service to optimize the treatment’s impact.
Clear Perimeters of Rooms: Ensure the perimeters of all rooms are free from unnecessary clutter. There is no requirement to move furniture; focus on maintaining clear pathways for the technician.
Secure Children and Pet Items: Put away or move all small children and pet items from the edges of the room. This precaution ensures the safety of these items during the treatment process.
Vacate Premises During Treatment: No one, including pets, will be allowed to stay in the home during the treatment. The residence must remain empty for a minimum of (2) hours after treatment or until the applied chemical is fully dry.
Post-Treatment Cabinet Care: Once cabinets are dry, you can dry wipe them; however, do not wash the cabinets. Washing cabinets post-treatment may dilute the applied chemicals, compromising the desired effect.

Free Follow-Up Service: Our roach clean-out services include a complimentary follow-up session scheduled two weeks from the initial service date. It is essential to plan ahead to ensure a thorough and quality treatment.
Scheduling and Validity: The free follow-up service becomes void if not scheduled within 30 days of the original service date. Timely scheduling is crucial for maintaining the service’s effectiveness.
Exterior Pest Control: Please be aware that exterior pest control is not included in this specific service. If you wish to add this service, kindly notify our office or technician before the appointment.
Follow-Up Cabinet Treatment: Cleaning out all cabinets for the follow-up treatment is not mandatory. However, areas experiencing persistent issues can be spot-treated if emptied before the scheduled follow-up service.
Infestation Resolution: It’s important to note that due to varying levels of infestation, immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed. Regular maintenance may be necessary or recommended to prevent future infestations.
Coordination for Multi-Family Homes: For apartment complexes, condos, and multi-family homes, it is advisable to coordinate these services to be performed during the same appointment. Failure to do so may affect our ability to offer the best prices if multiple trips are required.
