General Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): 

Managing busy phones & email, scheduling customers, using excel, communicating with all fellow employees and management. 

Invoicing, calling and emailing service reminders, attending staff meetings, creating deposits, handling time sheets and pay stubs, verifying work orders for accuracy, and problem solving skills. 

Experience using the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Skype, E-Mail, Dropbox and Service-Oriented Programs. Typing 40 WPM. 

Recording work activities on a daily basis & establishing the most efficient routes for technicians.

Providing information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person fully and accurately.

Perform work directly with our customers and to always be honest, courteous and polite. 

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD 

General Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): 

Operate a company vehicle following all of the rules and regulations set down by Federal & State law as well as company policy. 

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work so as to be on time to all scheduled appointments.

Following proper procedures of pesticides and label laws. Utilize appropriate protective gear and equipment during application

Stay in contact with office and communicate politely and effectively to resolve issues in the field.

Perform work directly with our customers and to always be honest, courteous and polite.  

Ability to pass Department of Agriculture certification test after training. 

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling. 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
